CCE

The CCE proposes to create a holistic learning environment in the school by prescribing co-scholastic areas to be transacted and co-scholastic activities to be conducted during the academic year.
The yearly plan of evaluation at secondary level is as follows:

Part - I
Scholastic Areas Assessment Frequency Mode of Assessment
Language,Maths,science , social science, Work experience, Art education, Physical & Health Education / Games 4 Formative and 2 Summative Assessment Numeric marks converted to grades.

The advantage of CCE' the school based assessment systems are that it:-
  • Makes a comprehensive assessment of learner's whole personality- the scholastic as well as co-scholastic abilities and achievement.
  • Creates a continuous opportunities of diagnostic assessment and improvement of learner's knowledge and skills through the year.
